Upgrading Undercover Tourist tickets to annual pass, do you get promo?

I’m thinking of buying the 4 plus fifth day free 2 Park to park ticket from Undercover Tourist and then upgrading to a preferred annual pass. This will save me about $50, but does anyone know if I’ll still get the plus six months promotion they have going on? Or do I need to buy the annual pass first to get the promo? Anybody know?
