We are planning on spending time in Disneyland as well as also visiting universal studios, Seaworld & the San Diego Zoo. The city pass sounds like the best way to go as it works out heaps cheaper than paying separate admissions at each park.

The pass allows 3 days in DL & DCA. Are we able to upgrade this pass to a 4 or 5 day park hopper? How much extra would this cost?

Also I've heard that at universal studios, you can get a front of line pass that allows you to go to the front of the line on rides and attractions and gives you front row seats to performances.`Can we upgrade to a front of line pass with our city pass?

Also we need to book a bus company to pick us up from our hotel and take us to and from universal studios. I have only seen companies advertise their price for transport and admission. Can we just get transport only if we already have tickets. Which company should be go through?

It's a tremendous value, and it can be upgraded. That's what we did on our first trip to the area in January/February. If you'll be back within a year (like if you want to do a trip next year, a little less than 12 months from this one), you might consider an Annual Passport instead of just adding days.

They gave us $149 credit for the kids 3-day passes and $179 credit for the adult 3-day passes. That made the Deluxe Annual Passport an additional $90 per adult and $120 per child. I think adding days works out to about $10-$20 per person per day depending on how many you add.

If you have a Costco membership, that's the cheapest place we found to buy the CityPass. We weren't members (although we had toyed with the idea) and it saved enough to justify the annual membership fee.

Thanks for your reply.

Where is the best place to buy tickets? We are from Australia, so is there somewhere online we can get them?

This is most likely going to be our only trip to America for quite awhile so the annual pass won't be of any use to us.

When we upgrade, do we receive additional tickets or will it say somewhere on our pass that we have upgraded?
