Upgrading Hotels

Hi all, I have booked a disney vacation with delux dining in august and at the moment we are staying at the cariebean beach resort, do you know whether I will be able to upgrade to a delux resort as would like to suprise the dw with something hopefully the contempary resort, I am from the uk but booked through us for the bargin disney plan, I am going at the end of aug for a week then a few days off resort doing other stuff in florida!

Just wondering what hurricane risks there are as well at that time of year

I can't speak about the free dining plan since my family and I are not doing it. However I just looked on the WDW site and it said from August 24 - 31 the Contemporary is available with the Tower Magic Kingdom View.
