Upgrading from SP to AP?

Does anyone have any experience with upgrading their SP to an AP?

Could you tell me what it cost - and how far in advance of your SP's expiration date you did the upgrade?

Our's expire in November, and I'm trying to decide if it would just be cheaper to buy the "Play 4 Days" pass vs upgrading...

If you try to upgrade to an AP with the same expiration date as the original SP, you may have to try several cast members before you get one who will do that for you - as far as I know, they are not supposed to do this but can make an exception if warranted. The closer your expiration date is, the slimmer your chances are. To calculate how much that would cost, take the difference in price between the two tickets, divide by 365 and then multiply by the days remaining until the expiration date.

Of course, you can also ask for a credit equal to the remaining value of your season pass towards the purchase of an all-new AP.

Thanks for your reponse... When I've read about people upgrading their SP's in the past - I always assumed that they were just "upgrading their current pass" - not purchasing a new AP - with a new expiration date - using a credit from their existing SP.
