Hi Just wondering if anyone can help with some info.
We would like to upgrade (our already purchased) 5 day hopper to a 6 day hopper. Any hints as to how to do this the most cost effective way?
Through the hotel lobby or @ DL itself? Thanks.
We are doing the exact same thing. The CM I spoke with at Vacation Planning told me to just go to some services desk at DL, and they can add the 6th day on for a small fee. I was under the impression it was the same cost no matter where I purchased the extra day. I'll be mad if it isn't, because they wouldn't allow me to add it to one of my vacation packages. I was only able to do it on my mom's for some reason.
I could be way off the mark here. But I *think* that if you're upgrading at DLR, you're paying the full price for the ticket. So if you got a discount on the 5 day, you're paying what it takes to get up from what you paid to the current cost of the 6 day.
Ooh wait, do they even sell 6 days at the park? I'm not seeing it on disneyland.com (but that might just mean they don't sell them online).
When you do find out how much it would be, you *might* consider bumping yourself up to an annual pass, especially with the 10% off (most?) food you would get with it. Only you know if it would be worth it for you...it is for us, but then we also have more trips this year (from when we check in, not just 2007) planned, so it's especially worth it.

Have you considered upgrading to an AP instead? The 6-day pass has the same "list price" as a Deluxe AP, so the upgrade cost should be the same. We did this on our trip earlier this year, and are planning on using them for another trip next year before they expire.
