Upgrading existing booking

Hello,

We have two weeks booked in Saratoga Springs in September at the moment we only have a studio booked

I just wondered If I ring and upgrade to a 1 bedroom villa do I have to pay the upgrade when I ring or when the rest of the balance is due in June

You just pay the rest when the balence is due

As Gemma says you pay when originally due not now, I added another night to our August stay at OKW, just told me another £100 would be added to the account.
