Upgrading an Anual Piass - Question

I'd like to upgrade my pass from a SoCal to a Deluxe...

1. I paid for my pass in full. Will I be able to pay the upgrade difference in monthly payments, or will I have to pay it outright?

2. I bought my pass before the price increase, so i paid $329 for it. To upgrade which difference will I be paying: $329 --> $499, or $359 --> $499?

Upgrades have to be paid in full. And it is $329 to $499.
