Upgrading 1-day Park Hopper Tickets

Hi. I recently purchased a couple 1-day park hoppers for an upcoming Disney trip. Now that the spring black out dates have been removed from the 3-day Disney Select Tickets, I'd like to upgrade. I'm a Florida resident. The tickets are already linked to my account. Is there anyway to upgrade an unused 1-day park hopper? And, if so, will I lose the FP+ I've reserved?
