Upgrades at the Poly?

Anybody ever get an upgrade at the poly? Did you have to ask or was it just a pleasant surprise?

We didn't get upgraded, but the nice CM let us pick what longhouse we wanted. I told him my dream room would be 3rd floor Fiji overlooking the marina/lagoon. That's exactly what we got- it was considered a garden view room but the view was amazing. -Steph
