Upgraded to Poly Club Level

Not sure how often this happens but a couple weeks ago after we received our pts, we used 23 of them to book a PVB standard studio for the evening of July 4th...When we arrive we were advised PVB was overbooked and they had upgraded us to Club Level in the Hawaii Bld. Needless to say we enjoyed the sectioned off area last night for fireworks and the snacks and beverages throughout the two days we have been here!

That's a great deal! I am curious. The Club Level rooms are regular hotel rooms. Does this mean that you also got daily mouse keeping? If so, that's an even better deal.

We only had the 1 night booked but they did stop by a couple times to see if we needed anything, along with the turn down service and delivery of Welcome card w/ small box of Poly Chocolates.

I saw photos that part of the beach was sectioned off for the fireworks for the 4th of July. Is that where you watched the fireworks?

Nice upgrade. But I would double check and make sure no extra points were taken nor a $95 fee for using your points at a Disney hotel (Disney Collection) Versus a DVC resort.

Yes that was the CL section that was stanchioned off, with the black chairs and towels.

As for my 23 pts, they are back in my account and showing available and in holding...Looks as if Tink pixie dusted us this visit!!!

I would contact MS and get them removed from holding.

That means the front desk changed the booking - I'd wait and see what they end up taking back out - if anything.
