Upgraded to 2BR Suite at BCV

We were at BCV last weekend for one night(reserved dedicated 2BR, with 2 queens) before our cruise on Sunday. We checked in around 12:30, room wasn't ready. No big deal as we were going to park hop for the day. We got a call around 4pm asking us if we were interested in the 2BR suite with concierge access. My guess is they were overbooked or had a maintainance issue.
Our kids thought the gold KTTW cards were cool. The room was nice (they had a little Keurig). No sleeper sofa, my DD12 slept on the daybed. We were underwhelmed by the concierge offerings other that the free beer! wouldn't have wanted to stay there over our villa for more than one night but a cool experience.

So you were moved to the hotel side then?

Yes, we hadn't even brought our bags in from the car yet so it worked out well. After strolling around Epcot, we headed back and rechecked in. We enjoyed some beverages and snacks before heading over to MK for the evening.
