My DH and I just returned from a wonderful week at Wilderness Lodge. We arrived on Friday July 22 around 12 noon and when I checked in I asked if there was any upgrades available. To my surprise the cast member said "Congratulations we have a Concierge room available." I was not sure what that meant so I asked how much more it was going to be and she said "I said Congratulations you are upgraded to Concierge" We received our keys and went up to the 7th floor. It was a nice extra surprise for our week trip. With food available all day we ended up saving money on dining and was able to rent a patoon.

We checked OUT of WL on July 22....and we had also been given a complementary upgrade ...from standard to Concierge, so I can totally relate to your good news! It was awesome, wasn't it? 

) and others, During chemo, Pregnant, with large family groups, couples only, etc... ----none of these seem to inspire WDW to upgrade us......so now we just pay for concierge
