Got back a week ago from 8 great days at the Swan. We had gotten a return internet offer of $129 back in Febuary for mid August to Sept. at that time DW and I decide 2 things #1 we wouldn't wait to see if Free dining came out, and #2 we would try the Swan (Did Dolphin twice)this time. we arrived around 10 minutes before check-in time and told our room(should be standard view) not ready. In the next 30 minutes we watched 6-7 people check-in and get rooms.I then politely asked if room was ready becuase it was now going on 3:45 and we had a birthday dinner at Boma we needed to get ready for. The Girl then told me "You've been upgraded and room is being inspected right now will be 5-10 minutes. Said ok well the 5-10 became 30 minutes and I went back and said We really need to get ready. She checked again and computer said inspecting yet, so she said I'm going to give you a $15 credit for having to wait so long. I told her that was nice but getting to dinner was my priority, as Isaid that the phone rang to her and room was ready. WAS I GLAD WE WAITED!. We were given a JR SUITE! What a room- had 3 way view of Spaceship earth, Dolphin/Swimming Pool ,and Swan Area. later that night When I saw the girl I thanked her again, and she said the reason I was given the upgrade was becuase we stayed there twice before. guess loyalty pays!
