Upgrade used park hopper?

I am assuming the answer to this question is "no", but I need to know for sure to put it out of my mind. When we were there last week, my husband and I upgraded to AP's, but we didn't upgrade our daughter's park hopper because we didn't think we'd be taking the kids on the next trip. Now we're thinking about taking them with us after all. So, is there any chance we can take her 4-day hopper (all four days were used) with us in December and have it upgraded to AP? I understand that if this is even possible, the start date on the AP will be the first day she used that park hopper. We have no problem with that. I know there is plenty of info on upgrading to AP's available on these boards, but I couldn't find an answer to this specific question. Thanks for any answers you can provide!

I don't think so, you have to do the upgrading on the last day used. That's what we did anyway. I know that the tickets are good for, what? 13 days or so after the first use but since you used all days I think you had to do the upgrading on that last day used! Maybe someone can confirm my post, but I think that's the rules.

Thanks. That's what I figured. Maybe we'll leave the kids behind after all :flower:

That is the policy ... but you can always go ask. If they say no, you are in no worse position (well ... you are if you brought the kids assuming you would be able to do it). If you decide to bring the kids regardless, then bring the expired ticket and ask.
