Upgrade to club at PBH upon check in?

Hi, I've been lurking behind the scenes and just signed onto these boards. Was wondering if someone could tell me if you can upgrade to club level upon check-in at the PBH. I have reserved a 3 night trip in October ... Bay View Room ... and was wondering if I could upgrade to club level upon check-in. I think it might be worth the extra cost to have access to coffee, sodas, etc. throughout the day. Also, if I "upgrade" to club, does that mean moving to a different room (i.e. garden view?) or is this just an extra perk you can purchase and it doesn't matter what level of accommodations you're in.

When we checked in on July 30th,2010,we were offered club at $75.00 per night!

What is available in the lounge and what are the other benefits? I'm booked in a Queen Deluxe for Aug 1-6.

I believe other benefits include slightly larger room, larger bathroom with separate tub and shower, use of fitness center, and assistance with dining reservations. Did I forget anything? Staying PBH in Sept and am psyched!

If you booked a regular garden or pool room (not delux) and add club to your room at checkin, you do not get upgraded to a delux room. You will still stay in the regular booked room. The delux rooms in the villa wings are the larger rooms with the larger bathroom, The regular rooms are still gorgeous and spacious though!
