Upgrade to AP but cannot figure out how to get photos.

Hi all! Had a great time in Disney. Loved the Poly. So quiet.

After the first day I upgrade my ticket to an AP in part to get the photos. They were showing up on the MDE app when I was at the parks but now at home on my PC I don't seem to be able to access them. It shows "no photos" under the photographs part of MDE.

Any suggestions?

Hate to state the obvious but are you logged in to the Photopass site with your same MDE account with the AP?

I wasn't. I logged in on the app just now and I can see the pictures but I don't usually do that much on my phone.

Sadly, there is no obvious when it comes to me and my iphone.

When I try to click "Get started" for Walt Disney Worldon this site https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/# nothing happens. I had tried that earlier too. Maybe their site is just down for a bit.

It is a very buggy/slow site.
I don't know how many trips/photos you've had taken in the last year but if there are any they should all appear in your account. If it's a lot it may be really slow to respond too. I know we end up with a lot of photos and since they stick around for a full year at a time it can really add up sometimes

I think it is the site. I'm really looking forward to downloading them and having an album made up or something. I used to be great at taking pics of the kids but being part of the sandwich generation for the past 10 years I am waaaaaay behind.

SO TRUE. I don't like the way the system works. If you want to download, you have to dl the entire group of photos. It is not easy to pick the group from your most recent trip. Hopefully we will see some adjustments to this part of the site in the near future.
