Upgrade SP to AP

Hello all,

I bought a fla resident seasonal pass last month (not activated it). Will I be able to upgrade this to a fla resident annual pass?

Is it better to do this on the phone or at the park?

Will I still be able to do the payment plan?

1- Yes.
2- At the park. (You can't do it on the phone.)
3- Yes.
