upgrade no expiration ticket to park hopper?

Hi All,
Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere. I did a search and couldn't find my exact situation anywhere.
I've got an old {like about 10 years old} no expiration ticket from those halcyon days when such things still existed. I've got one day left on it. I'm going to be swinging through Orlando this fall and would love to do a 'park hopper' day to see the updates and changes since my last visit a couple years ago. Will it be possible to add the 'park hopper' on to the one day I've got left on the 'no expire' ticket? And if so, what recommendations would y'all have as to the most efficient way to go about it, to maximize my time on that day? Thanks!!!!

The non-expiration tickets can no longer be upgraded.

Even if we could upgrade NE tickets, it sounds like yours was first used more than 14 days ago, so the upgrade window closed then.

They cannot be upgraded. That report was not correct. No ticket cane be upgraded if the first use was more that 14 days prior.

It doesn't hurt to go to Guest Relations and ask nicely. You know what they say -- if you never ask the answer will always be no.
