So we got on the bus and we were all alone! Cool we thought the park will be dead! We arrive at MGM, and realize that we didnt really walk around the resort long enough, we were there about 45minutes early!
What do you do when youre there early? You take, pictures of an empty main street (whatever its called) you use the facilities, you watch people go in for breakfast, and you pounce on the kiosks or shops at the entrance as they open. Yes I probably drove those shopkeepers nuts! The gate went up and I started to window shop!
While in line we try taking pics of oursleves...... Cheese.....
Then some nice people offer to take a picture of us... "Thanks"
Note to nice people who offer to take my pic.... chest up only people I dont like my waist! LOL And look at those shorts they look like they are looking for a new zip code to move in!
After a while people started lining up, soooo time to herd in with the masses..... in line we go!
We started the day all being herded to watch the opening "show". There was a nice family picked from Australia! They looked thrilled to be involved!
After that stall tactic, they walked us down the street towards TOT and RNR, CM's were pulling people over for running! LOL I expected to see red and blue flashing lights, a few people just rolled their eyes and kept on going! We choose to get on TOT first.... sure whats better for a hangover then up, down, down, up, up, down, ..... you get the point! We thought we wouldnt need a fast pass for RNR so we would wing it.....
Back on TOT, have I mentioned that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this ride???
The suspense, the up and down, the fact that it can lift ME off my seat! I just love it! We had an awesome ride, when we got off we fast passed it for later, then we headed to RNR.
Ok Tom loves Aerosmith... or as our children say Aero Smith, like its a person! LOL Anyhoo, Im not a big fan of this ride, I love the twist, turns, and speed, I dont like the headache afterwards... so this time I held my head soo tight to the headrest that it didnt move, BUT I didnt enjoy the ride very much.... so Im still working on this technique! Any ideas people? I already had a headache for the dang Mai Tai!!
So the next idea was to hit the Great movie ride...

So I want to go see Miss Piggy, cant we go see Miss Piggy? .... no no not yet we have to do the back lot tour first.... ughh I love the muppets and piggy is my fav-o-rite! But Noooooo Back lot tour it is.
We ran to the Back lot tour, no wait STOP I remember reading about a store called
I bought the cute little decal family with mickey ears or princess crown! I even got the cat and dog..... I have to now wash my window to put them on. Great store, love it, lots og good buys!
The back lot tour was ok, I think once is enough, no need to watch it again, but the store at the end is really neat!
We choose to grab lunch at the ABC commissary after this, I had fish and chips and Tom had the cuban sandwich. Both were equally good!

" just a nice quiet night. Well not so quiet we had the AC on low but we both froze, did I mention we didnt pack PJ's? It was freaking cold we couldnt get enough covers, and when we woke up the bottom sheet was almost off the bed! LOL Sooo speaking of waking up! I wasnt very graceful, I think my words were "asprin, diet coke", that was about it for a few minutes! I then got up! We are going to Old Key West today, and Tom has MGM planned! So I cautiously got ready for the morning, nausea, headache and all...
Next thing I know we go thru the arches!
