DVC has finally added the link Dean discovered that takes you to a special area of Interval International. There is also a link to a group of European hotels we can use points to stay at. I'm not sure whether these hotels were options prior to this or if they are something new.

It looks like they are restoring a way to look at our options on-line instead of having to dig out the handbook (which is in need of an update, too).

I may have spoken too soon. I just tried to get back and look around and now I can't get into the Member site at all. LOL! Hopefully, it's because they are in the process of working on it.

It all seems to be up and working again today. Club Cordial is the name of the hotels in Europe. Are these a new addition?

I was in once with my new info but now it won't recognize my name and password and when I try to re-enter, it says the ID # on my postcard is invalid. Any suggestions? Maybe I need to call them. I'm a little annoyed.

I got in, but when I went to Club Cordial and followed directions I wound up in a German language area. Nothing seemed aimed toward the DVC owner--no information about points per night, seasons etc. Incomprehensible.

Yes, the Club Cordial info is not all in English! I did see somewhere on the DVC site that it is the Club Cordial Hotels that we have access to trade into. At least we "only English" types can look at the pictures!

DVCTiff -- Yes, give them a call. When you signed on using the postcard, that's a "one time use". You also entered a new User Name and Password. (They suggest using the same one you may have used on other Disney-owned sites.) If you have such a password, give it a try. If you didn't note what you entered, MS will help you straighten it out.

Club Cordial and Club Intrawest are the sole remaining components of the Buena Vista Trading Company that used to include options in HI and the Northwest. You can book with points but not a full 7 days as most of them are also on the II exchange list. The points are too high to use for this method in most cases.

Anybody else having problems getting into the site?

I tried just now (7:15 EST) and also last night (23:15 EST)

...no luck.

7:36 a.m. EDT -- I got a message that "Site is too busy. Try again later."

Still "too busy"....how many people are on the member website this early in the morning?!?
