Can you list your dates?
I was told that the black out dates are March 28-April 10th and they are hard black out dates. Anyone arriving during this time cannot get the offer. In the past they had black out dates but there was very limited availability. This time they are saying no availability at all during these dates

I am trying for 3/25-30 for my brother and I am being told that the dates are blacked out even though he is checking in before the offer blackout dates. Guess overlap is not working either?

Another nice poster had posted a link for the use of the Gift cards and to reiterate, it can be used on dining - which is fabulous! We also did not have anything but a small AAA discount (which I know we'll lose) so now we'll be able to drop the dining and save approx $320 total off the price which is awesome for us! I know so many people have received pins so this probably doesn't feel as great, but for the "pinless", this is something to smile about!

I'm just waiting for the office to open so I can have them add the code to our existing reservation and drop the dining.

Added the current deal to our Pop reservation I figured it would cost us $741.00 to upgrade to AKL without the dining plan and get the 750.00 gift card. That math did NOT make sense to me.... I'll use it for tips for the dining plan for the week. Less cash we have to take. Anyone else modify today?

Just added the $300 gift card to my stay at All Star Movies. Right now I have the Dining Plan with 1 CS, 1TS and snack. I think I will be down sizing to the 2CS or no dining at all and pay out of pocket. Need to run the numbers.

I think the buy 4 get 3 free was a much better offer. Wouldn't most people have taken that deal before if they were going during the right times? It could even go beyond the given date while the gift card only goes until the certain dates with no extentions even if starting the trip before hand.

Oh boo... Does not apply to us cause we went the package buy 4 nights, get 3 for free, so it was going to cost me another $1,00 to change my reservation to get the $500 gift card...oh well...just keep looking to see if any other deals pop up before we leave. Thanks for the heads up on this.

For us, the b5g2 deal was better. The $300 gift card is what we saved with the other deal.

Thank you. This was taken my his Make-A-Wish trip last March. We had a professional photographer come to "Give Kids The World" we where wish family's stay and she took a bunch of pictures, he was actually trying to catch rain drops...This was the suprise she added to one of them. We love it too. Thank again.

But Disney needs my travel agent to make the change. I called my agent and emailed her, but there was no reply! GRRRRRRRRRRR! I hate having to wait on some one else.

um, they're probably busy applying the code to all other clients! be patient!

by tying up the phone line with disney yourself, your agent might not have been able to get through!

If you used a TA specializing in Disney don't be worried. Most work on comparing the offers, changing the reservations to the new deals if it is a better offer, etc and then contacting everyone. If you have a phone number you can try calling them too

What travel agent are you using?

I am using Playtime Vacations dot net. They have great service. The owner is a former AAA agent who has been mentioned several times on these boards. Won't go to anyone else!

Now I just have to wait for my travel agent to set it up. Sometimes I would just prefer to do it myself. I hate waiting for other people.
