Updated My Disney Experience App Poll

The MDE app was updated this past week with some new features to Stream Line it. My opinion so fat I like the change its taken a little getting use to the lay out. I will have a better feel when i am using live in a few weeks.

The app doesn't work wel. On the website I have planned an character meeting with russel. The app shows only the time. It nothing more. Ther is no tile or description.The same with meeting Tarzan.

The notifications are fracked up and several of my reservations are for more people than I signed up for.

Hate it. I'm not usually a complainer about everything but I really dislike this update. It's like 4 extra steps now to see all your plans (first world problems lol) I'll get used to it but as of now I really dislike this

You need another option for 'I haven't updated it yet - I like to wait for others to find the problems first'

You can't put the genie back in the bottle once you upgrade

I haven't noticed enough of a difference for me to give it any concern. All in all I prefer using the web browser and website over the app anyway

I noticed that too for one of my meal reservations I paid for a party of four and it says five. Um nope I paid for 4. So there's a glitch.

I have both iOS (iPad) and newest version of Andriod (Nougat I think it's called)
I guess it's just not that different to me.
I had the little circle at the bottom before this update. You clicked it, it brought up menus. Click it now it opens a new screen
I can see FP, Dining, Resort, etc. I guess everything I need to find it still there and just as easy to find.
My opinion may change when I use it in a couple of weeks. I am curious to see how it changes the Resort page, since it's supposed to give you a room number. For now, it looks exactly like it did before the update

Android was apparently updated a month or more ago. iOS was just updated this week.

You need another option for 'I haven't updated it yet - I like to wait for others to find the problems first'

I miss the good old days of Palm Pilots and other Palm PDAs, because you could do exactly that, go backwards. You could actually pick almost any version. Plus, you had direct access to the memory, like a hard drive on your computer. Sigh Somehow, we have taken a step backwards from the late 90s.

Ahhhh, ok. Now I see lol maybe I didn't update the app in a while or something because mine just turned into that.

I have a hard time making meal reservations. I prefer just hitting the + button and picking a time.

I shudder to look. I am having so much trouble with my MDE account now, and they can't seem to find a fix for it. I have spent hours on the phone and need to call in a payment now but I can't bear the thought of winding my way through the automated system yet again. They tell me, though, that at 60 days all the glitches will magically go away. Right.
If I was the one going on this trip I would cancel but it's not for me.

It doesn't seem as intuitive as the previous version, which was more like the web version. I also prefer the web version. This version also seems very glitchy. After getting an alert last night that a dining reservation I was looking for was available, the app wouldn't let me book it because it wouldn't let me cancel the two I already had that overlapped with the one I was really looking for.
