The is the number printed on the back of my physical Disney GC: 1-877-650-4327I am having this issue as well. Just on the 2 cards I bought today. I see some people are saying they are going to call. I did not see any number to call. Can someone post the number?
Thanks for reporting back! Annoying that you need to have the history of all the cards, but that should be simple since all of mine are new and from the grocery store and/or Target. I even have the activation slips. I'll work on this tomorrow.Thanks I called. FYI--for the card that you want to transfer to you will need to know purchase location as well as the initial amount. Luckily it was a card I got not to long ago from Shop Disney and I could find the initial amount on the Disney gift card site. I also needed the purchase location of the cards I bought today and the purchase amount. They did take care of this with this info

The success rate from reports here are very high, with the exception of the aforementioned issue in November. My own experience tracks with this as well. Maybe you're thinking of Rakuten? You've had them payout on GC purchases? I've gotten non GCs to track correctly and payout but haven't had success with GC orders.
