You’d have to spend $5000 to get 5000 MR points. It’s 1 extra point per dollar. $50 would get you 50 points.

The Kroger Company DP:

• 12/10/22 In comments, Add CC offers to Kroger Pay it will code as online order, and the offer will work for in-store purchases. You can only buy a GC that is sub $50 using Kroger Pay, anything over that won’t work. This will also activate the 3% on the CSP for online grocery purchases category.

I wasn’t aware of this workaround. If I have time before my offer expires, I’ll try it and report back. Has anyone else done this?

Has anyone tried a GC with the Amex BB offer? It says GC excluded, wondering if that is BB or all GCs?

I asked something similar on an earlier page and FoxC63 suggested that it's only BB gift cards that are likely excluded. Last night I went to my local store and bought $150 worth of physical Disney gift cards. This morning I got an email saying that the Amex promo triggered, however I have not received statement credit yet as it's still too early.

I also commandeered my parents as they away and usually don't shop at Target It says GC's are not included but not sure if they mean theirs or all GC's but I do have a couple things to buy there at just over $15 for each so I'll grab a couple Dis GC and split it up into 2 transactions. .

Never hurts to try. I received something similar from Meijer. They built a new store and mailed out coupons. The discounts shouldn't have worked but they did. Cashier had to manually add the discount in both times, I used self checkout.
