I have an update on the gift cards from gift card deals. I placed my order for $1000 on April 12th. I knew it was risky for my May trip and I was right. I waited 30 days and I sent my first email on Thursday 5/12. I was told it would be sent to me in 1-2 business days. I emailed again on Monday and was told the same thing; 1-2 business days. I emailed them yesterday and they said it would be here today. It’s not and we check out tomorrow which means I have to buy more Target cards to pay my bill instead of the $grand that I am owed. I’m somewhat peeved but not surprised. I’ll use the cards for my September trip if they are still valid by then.

I checked there after I saw some people saying that here, but nope, empty. Well, I mean, there was a bunch of stuff from "PayPal" in there telling me my account needed "verification" but that's it!

Yeah, I knew that it would be close. It’s day 39 today for me. I’ve heard it can take longer, but 30/40 days seemed to be average. I will still use them so I’ll let it ride. It’s no longer critical but now I have to buy $350 worth of gift cards to cover my bill. Which means I’m losing about $35 in the difference in discounts. Oh well. St worst, I’ll use them for my DVC dues. If they come in the next week and retain their value I’ll purchase again from them because the discount is worth it.
