Staples sells gift cards online and in-store, so you can buy $100 worth to get the $30 back. The only exception is Staples eGift cards because payment for those is processed by a third party.

Bulk is when buying a few grand worth of gc's.

There have been many good deals lately, it seems, because I was wiped out of DGCs in January after paying for DVC dues (and post our Nov 2021 trip), but now I'm at 2K and it's only April! It's a good thing because we have another Nov trip, annual pass renewals, and are planning a cruise 2023. Keep those discounts coming! I love this thread!

I'm not seeing an offer at RMN though they have had 10% cb and Staples often has sales on select gc's.

I believe the bulk GC exclusions is referring to the Staples GC bulk program, and not the general stuff you can buy in store. That's processed through a different group and is for Staples gift card purchases only not 3rd party GCs.
