For PayPal cash back offers, do you have to use the link from PayPal to the online store in order to get the cash back, or simply pay with PayPal? Could I link in through RMN to get their cash back offer, then pay with PayPal to also get their cash back?

I've tried what you're talking about. If I'm remembering correctly, you can verify that the PayPal offer is working by checking the total being charged in your PayPal account.

I had two different get 200 fuel points for buying a lowes gc at Fred's (kroger). They stacked so I got 400 for the 25 gc I bought. I need to hit 2000 fuel points this month because things got messed up in Nov and I used that months points for gas in Nov ans same with Dec so I don't have enough carry over. Our gas is 3.95 so that dollar off is quite helpful since my new car has a bigger tank. I only fill once a month but if I can get enough to roll to Feb it'll take the urgent need to buy gc at 4x off a little. Need to use what I have bought so these deals are better than 4x but are rarely for places I go to.

No you don't have to shop from Paypal. Only make sure the offer is saved in Paypal first.

I did the Best Buy and Groupon offers. I went through Swagbucks and just paid with Paypal. The total discount came off on the Paypal page. I can look at my dashboard and see that I got the discount.
