How do you maximize Kroger fuel points? My car’s tank holds 15 gallons max. Do you fill two cars in one transaction?

We fill two cars in one transaction and bring a 5 gallon can or two to finish off the 35 gallons. This doesn’t work for everybody but we have five vehicles in the family and lots of grass to mow every summer.

Yes, two cars. If we have any leftover, we fill up gas cans.
I've seen plenty of people pop open the trunks and fill gas cans, like the really big ones just like this...

Transferring points from one month to another is still an option though I'm not sure for how much longer as things get back to normal. You have to call to make that happen.

I dropped the boys off and got back on the freeway headed for home. Cars in the front, on both sides and directly behind me, we were going between 75-80 mph, out of no where my car is just rolling as others are whizzing by. I don't get it, tank is full, foot is on the gas, the gear is in D and the guy behind me is really up my .... He's not happy. My Jeep actually turned off as I rolled into 45mph, then it turned back on like nothing happened. I couldn't wait to get to my exit!

Called DH and he said this is a known issue. It's documented. It even happened to me while driving your car. It also happened when I was in reverse. Wait, what?!

He's not home now but when he is I'd like to know when was he planning on telling me. That's just crazy! 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's gotta go!

EDIT: What DH experienced is referred to as Limp Mode, which is documented. What I went through he's never heard of and is still searching.

My 2002 Saab 9-5 used to go into "limp mode" all the time. For us, it had to do with the oxygen sensor for the turbo. We had it replaced multiple times under warranty and it would have cost $2500 each time. We traded that sucker in as soon as it was out of warranty.

I have a question about the Meijer deal. Is there a limit on when you can use the money earned? I might drive to Milwaukee to take advantage of this as it seems that I can earn $100 plus the 2% on my Fidelity card. I would probably do my shopping there the next time they had a deal.

I am so getting rid of this car! My fear is road rage, that guy behind me and the look on his face - yeah, no thanks! I drive DH to Karmanos Cancer Center, that's in Detroit, enough said! I don't ever want to be put in that situation again.

No, my question was when do the funds expire. Sorry I wasn't clear! But I guess I could shop early for the gift cards, then have lunch and go back and shop for my groceries.

I've never paid attention to the expiration date, but I have consistently used the reward the following week. We shop on Fridays, so I would earn the reward on one Friday and use them the next.

Edit to add: A reward I earned last Friday (not from buying gift cards though) expires on 7/26.

I have a Ford Expedition with 25 gal tank and I take two 5-gallon cans with me to get the maximum amount. Two cars will work but just make sure you don't place the nozzle back into the pump between cars. You need to just hold it and someone else move the cars around.

I plan on purchasing a $50 Disney electronic gift card and $25 worth of "stuff" I would need anyway. If it works I'll do the same with the second order a few days later. Where are y’all seeing these offers? I have the Target app and usually go to Wallet, and then my Circle offers are at the top. Is that where these would be, or elsewhere?

I just checked the fine print on the Target offer and gift cards are excluded from " qualifying purchases". I was hoping to use it for Disney gift cards as well. Darn.

Yep - that same language was there last time and it worked for me. I may have gotten lucky. I’ll update when my first order is shipped if it tracked.

On the app mine was under Discover - towards the top. It might be targeted.
