Carol, I have a question for you. If I reserve 10 days on the group reservation and then have to cancel some of them is that allowed? I don't want to do this if it will effect you.

No, it's not a problem. It is like any other reservation you make, it will have a 5 day cancellation policy. As long as we have 10 folks on 1 night of the block (which won't be a problem).

I emailed the contract back to Group reservations. I'll let folks know as soon as I get the go ahead back.

We are talking about a trip in Oct. and think it may fall during the GG. We can't be sure at this point but I do fully understand the cancellation policy as I have used it many times so I don't mind making a ressie now as long as it won't affect anyone if I have to cancel later.

Is it too late to add us to the reservation? We are looking at the 18th through Nov. 1st. We like to reserve at least two weeks because we are never sure if we will need to take off days at the beginning or end of the trip.

Can you let me know if we can be added and if so, I need to ask a few more questions in a PM.

Hi! We are scheduled to be at Fort Wilderness on Oct 18 till Oct 31 on a full hookup site(pet loop). Is this gathering something we can join or is our times off. What would I need to do. I don't think I can pm you yet.

I have 20 sites reserved in a group reservation. I have sent out 20 invitations and have several folks on a waiting list. I'll add you to the waiting list, and you just need to get posting so I can send you a PM when it clears.

If all 20 folks reserve, I'll add more sites and clear the list!!
