Update to My Disney Experience

Have a trip planned for this summer and just went on the web version of MDE on my laptop. They asked me to update and there was a space to put a date in. I assumed it was my birthday. In reading the Terms and Conditions, they talked about Fastpass+ experiences. Once I updated, all my plans were gone from My Plans, but they are OK on my app. I texted my daughters when I was doing this saying no doubt this will mess things up, and it did. Is this Fastpass+ thing new, in which case I would think an announcement will be made soon?

Some people have been having the Fastpass+ selection pop up for months now. The website and app can both be very glitchy, so it may be something or may be nothing.
 
If like most other Disney IT applications, it is probably yet another glitch. Wait a few days and try again and you will likely find they have fixed whatever is wrong.
 
and if it hasn't cleared up, call IT services and explain the situation. They are usually very helpful.
