I have a great reservation still available (friends or ours cancelled). BWV 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 6-8) for Thursday October 7 - Wednesday October 13th. This 6-night reservation has a GUARANTEED Boardwalk View and is also during Food and Wine Festival and Mickey's Halloween Party this year. Asking $11 per point (due to the BW view). Just want to add that I can drop a night or two if need be, which would reduce the price accordingly (but can't add nights since this Boardwalk view is in extremely high demand).

I hope someone can use this - I thought about sellling on e-bay but decided to limit it to fellow DISers!

Hi,

This may work very well for my family. Are the dates in October locked in or flexible? We will be finalizing our plans for our October vacation next week and would love to come to terms for a week at Board Walk... the kids (3 and 6) would love it. We would be looking to stay for an entire week.

I am interested interested in the reservation, for the dates Oct. 7 to checkout on October 11, that would be a stay of four nights. Would you consider this portion for $800?

your stay would take place during a weekend, just alone on the weekend it is 58 points for one night in a 2 bedroom. 61 points for the bw view for each weekend night.

you would be asking 164 points or bv view 184points
that would be less then $5 a point , at that cost just pays annual dues. bw view doesnt even cover the annual dues.

try for a studio 21 points for the weekend night, or 23 points bw view for each weekend night. 9 during the week bw view 12 points. 600 points =about $600 bw view 70 points = $700

The number pf points required for the 4 nights you mentioned would be 186 points ( weekend nights are twice as many points as weeknights). At my asking price of $11 per point, the price would be $2046.

I do have 2 interested buyers right now for the full reservation but did want to get back to you on the pricing.

Thank you for YOUR response. I was interested because our dates of travel are arranged for that time--but we don't really need a 2 bedroom/view since there's just the three of us. It did sound interesting though. I hope someone is able to enjoy it. Good luck in renting. If our circumstances change (i.e. we have more quests) I'll certainly consider it. Thanks again anyway.
