Update *resolved* Resort reservation not linking properly in MDE

*problem resolved* MDE has been having issues with guests being unlinked on reservations and they (internet help desk) have to relink them.

Before waiting on a painfully long hold with the internet help desk I thought i would come here first. I have a reservation at BCV for 8 days in august. I linked the reservation and it populated the original 7-day reservation leaving the first day of the reservation off - the reservation was modified 3 weeks ago to add the additional day. UGH! It also did not populate my husband on the reservation. I went to his MDE and tried to link him that way and MDE wouldn't allow it. It's like it's not recognizing us as family and friends although I can link him to make a park reservation or a dining reservation. Any thoughts on a fix or am I going to have to suck it up and call the help desk. My daughter is having similar problems with her reservations.

How did you end up getting it to link? Did you use your 12 character confirmation sent to you from the B Resort?

I had to call Disney IT. Evidently sometimes the system unlinks guests from a reservation and the only solution is to have Disney IT relink them. And they had to relink the reservation with the added day.
