Update Post 17 What can I use to stick temorary bridge back on?

If not for looking like I missing way to many teeth an the pain I would not worry about it.

Anyone got an quick easy cheap fixes?

Toothpaste would only work for a short while till the toothpaste desolved...I really don't want to take a chance on swallowing the bridge.

Tried denture cream it worked for only a couple of hours....this bridge came off last night but dentist not in on Fridays an prolly not till Tues since Monday a holiday.

Crazy glue *type of product. I've known family whom have developed a hole and lost the suction to the roof of their mouth. (Dentures)

Filling the hole with crazy glue fixed the problem. Remember it is extremely sticky so use toothpick, gloves ie to do any repair.

*If you research you will be able to find a safe (oral) product. Some are used instead of stitches in hospitals.

Dentemp or Recapit. Walgreens or CVS should have it. I would not put crazy glue in my mouth.

Dentemp will fill a home but it isn't really sticky. Super glue or zap it

NO SUPER GLUE this is a temporary bridge I don't want broken teeth when it is removed OMG.

Have you called the dentist's office to find out if there are instructions for emergencies? There MAY be a covering dentist or answering service. My dentist has one. There are dentists with Saturday hours who would see you for palliative care (for the pain) until you could see your normal dentist. Look for a dental group advertising office hours seven days a week to call in the morning if unable to reach your own dentist for advice.

OMGoodness sorry! Maybe, your Pharmacy or Pharmacist can offer a solution.

I finally got back in to the dentist yesterday. 1st time the temporary bridge was glued on I sat there a good 20 mins biting down on guaze. When the girl told me to open mouth the bridge fell off.

I should not loose this bridge again it is now permnamently cemented in and will have to be cut off when my real bridge is put on. I not to happy about that.
