Actually, it's always the small things - I kid you not! Every one of us on here has had more than one seemingly little issue that consumed our time, thoughts and energy for indefinite periods of time. I'm just really pleased that you know where you stand now and you can put all this worry behind you.

Do Virgin not use Dollar now rather than Alamo?

they used to use Dollar and transferred over to Alamo, I think TCD are using Dollar, both virgin but that's what they have decided to do

You just need to get the Alamo reservation number from Virgin now so you can go online before you arrive in Orlando and then you just pick up the car. No queueing to see someone trying to sell you a bigger car - just walk to the car park, choose the car from the catergory you paid for and off to the exit to show your papers
