Hi All -
As promised, an update on how my 4 nite stay at BWV went last week.I had put the trip together piecemeal at 7months-already finding waitlists and no availability for pool/garden views,ending up a few days before departure with a plan to move after 2 days from Boardwalk view, which I didn't want at all.
Much calling back & forth with MS, front desk, room requests, DVC Satisfaction Team, posting here, etc.
Check-in took almost an hour at 12:30 PM but thanks to Michael and Christine, we were finally able to secure room 4012, pool/garden view, for all 4 nites. Excellent view of the Swan and Dolphin, privacy, quiet and lovely and just what we needed!!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about Boardwalk except the absence of a foodcourt - but the Bakery served us fine! Hallway walks were NOT at long as feared, carpets were clean, room in great shape, walked to both DHS and Epcot easily!!! Excellent service, beautiful resort and fighting NOT to start looking for a "small" BWV resale!!!!
