UPDATE MagicBand Order Messed Up?

I just logged into My Disney Experience and pulled up my and DD's magic bands that are en route via the Postal service. DD chose blue and her MB picture is of the blue band. I chose purple and my MB picture is of the grey band???? I certainly hope this is just a glitch on the MDE site. I would be disappointed if I received the grey band.

it might be I got a gray AP magic band and I did not chose gray at all but in the end it is a ticket to DISNEY WORLD so it will work.

you should ge tit about 3 weeks before your go take or minus a few days

That's exactly what I said to my DD last night. We are, however, decorating our bands and I've had mine planned out so I'm trying to come up with a new plan!

We leave on 6/22 and I just got my email they were en route yesterday. Estimated date of delivery is anywhere between 5/29 and 5/31. I bet a little later due to Memorial Day. So that means approximately 3 weeks before we arrive at Disney.

OP, don't worry just yet. I just checked my current active Magic Bands and my purple one is showing as gray. I have the purple one in my possession (came on Tuesday) and matched the ID numbers. I suspect that there is a glitch in the system. My guess is that you will what you ordered. Will you let's us know what happens?

Email today says my new magic bands are on the way. Pretty sure I ordered purple. MDE shows it as gray. Maybe the web designer hasn't updated the website to show the new color.

Well I sure hope all of us "Purple People" get our wish!!!

The grey bands can be easily nail polished with purple!

I hope you get your purple one! I think the site has definitely been wonky. DH and I both ordered MB - I have Figment and he has Luke Skywalker. I linked up both, mine shows Figment, but his still shows gray and gives him a date to choose a color - the barcodes match though... hoping it's just a system hiccup! Fingers crossed for yoU!

I selected purple on mine and the bands haven't shipped yet and the MDE is still showing purple.

Our bands came in yesterday for our 6/21 trip. My DD got purple and it showed as purple in MDE the whole time. Hope you get your purple band!

Funny, I chose different colors for hubby and I but ours came the same color. I don't care, but it's interesting to see others have the same issue.
