Builder called yesterday and said he was going to pay my bill. after some thought he said he was sure it could be turned into his insurance, and if they will not pay he is going to. He said he knows what happened here and he never had it happen before. Glad to hear he came to his sense's about this. So far the new drain system is working, just did my one year walk through, finished with the cleaning of the explosion on Sat. Now I am getting ready for my trip.
