Update 9-11 MCS!...Can we keep it a surprise???? Our June trip to WDW w/ pics

Great Update! I love all the getting ready purchases!:cool1: Adorable t-shirts for the girls!! 44 inches is the height for Space Mountain, Expedition Everest and Mission Space. The only rides that are taller are Rock & Rollercoaster, Primeval Whirl and to drive alone on Indy Speedway. Alot of the waterpark slides are 48 or taller though!:goodvibes

I also got the water bottles I wanted for the girls.. small ones with sport tops that can be refilled. That way we take a few in our carryon and reuse the week. Hannah can handle big ones... but Em is a mess with a big bottle. So both will use the small ones!

What kind of water bottles are these? I was just going to bring two sippy cups, but this may be a better idea!

I started packing last night. We have two large suitcases, one small. For carry-ons we will have a small roller, backpack, and laptop. I think I may have overpacked. Plus we are stopping at Wal-Mart after we get there for food...

Um, yeah, we're gunna need a pic.

My friends Devan and Neal just had a Luke...Lucas Mitchell, but we'll call him Luke. He has an older brother Oliver Edward. I love names...they're really interesting!:cloud9:

cool! luke is luke christopher - i think it's a great name! ray wanted to name our puppy (who's now 3) luke after luke skywalker, but i told him no because my best friend had a kid named luke and it just didn't seem appropriate!

good luck with space mountain! my little brother ride it for the first time when he was 5 and loved it, but all kids are different.

I like Luke Christopher... we probably will have a Luke Joseph. Yes... dogs in my opinion ruin names for kids. I wanted a Molly for a girl, but my cousin has a dog named Molly, actually a three legged dog named Molly. I could never get over that and well I have an Emily instead.

Space Mountain.... I just don't know if she has it in her. Emily would in a heartbeat!

Here is the water bottle picture. I think it is an eight pack, I found at Walgreens. My mom only gets them there. Most actually have non- reusable sippy tops. I want to be able to unscrew and reuse... not necessarily the safest thing. I will pack 4 and reuse during our trip.
Packing is a hard thing... I just realized I might need to buy some swimmies.. darn it! I thought we would be done with those by summer!

Those are such a good idea! I never thought of that....we always bring two sippy cups into the parks and fill from the regular water bottles for our two little ones, but they'll definitly be able to use those and I won't have to worry about washing out sippy cups! We drive, so I can buy enough of them that I don't really have to reuse. Hey...there's gotta be a plus side to driving (from NY):rotfl:

BTW....I love the name Luke! We were seriously considering that name for our baby#3 who then turned out to be a girl!:lovestruc And by the time I got pregnant with baby #4 who was in fact another boy.....DH had had a student by the name of Luke who was a total PITA! Worse than dogs ruining a name....are students! DH teaches HS so he has over 120 kids a year, has been teaching for 15 years so you can imagine there are plenty of names that we can't consider!

They are great... we took some last year. I wash them out and keep them in the fridge here, the girls have ones that have their name on them and can always have them.

See I love Luke because of a past student... my third year of teaching! He was just a great kid, not the smartest, but a neat boy. A jr. in high school now! Luckily I have not had a "bad" Luke, Hannah or Emily... but I am sure I will eventually!

I have seen those before! Great idea!

Just make sure that you get that kind. Some are impossible to refill... those are the kind I find at most stores, Meijer, etc. Safety tested to not come off!

The zoo, Kings Island... my grandparents lived in Cincinnati so I have very fond memories of going there while growing up. :thumbsup2 We haven't been to KI in a long time but those were the days of waiting to ride the Beast for hours!

Looks like you're ready to go with all your provisions and cute shirts!

I almost forgot about swim diapers as well! I went to get some disposable changing pads out of her room and saw the swimmies right there. DH would have flipped at the price on site I'm sure! :)

I think we have a lot of fun her in Cincinnati! My girls love to go and explore and we do a lot of that.... pretty soon I will make our summer to do list of things around the area, but not until after WDW!

Those suckers would cost an arm and a leg there....

So this morning I ordered our Disney Reward Visa Card, so it should arrive in plenty of time for our trip. Hopefully it can cover what we have left to pay for after the Disney gift cards we purchased through our church. I would love to not touch our VISA this trip at all!

That is our goal as well! No charging. We'll see. ;)

There are eight bottles to each pack...

Tuesday June 10th
This is a day off again...

No big plans. Probably this will be the day we pool hop... right on down to POR. Hopefully have lunch there and explore. DH and I honeymooned there and both of us really like it.
Our dining plans for that day currently are to go to the Grand Floridian for the Park Fare dinner at 5:40. This will be something we decide once we are there. If we eat with the princesses at the Castle and EPCOT this would be too much. I still think we will skip the EPCOT dinner (cancel on Saturday) and do this meal. I would also maybe try to venture to the AKL that day to explore that grand resort. I am very curious about it... and this would be a good day to check it out.

Sounds like a nice day! We went to AKL and other resorts last trip because had early dinners and kept our evenings free. It was really nice to check out all the resorts! AKL is so pretty and the animals in the back are awesome!

We are doing the same we have not told our boys we are going. We plan on telling them the morning before I hope we can keep the secret it's killing us....

Have an awesome trip! I for sure want to visit the AKL, hope it fits in our plans.

The secret is super hard... I am sure the payoff will be super great though. I worry though when the suitcases come out....plus I want to strip some wallpaper in the babies room, which has been trip storage headquarters.
