BTW My friends... Bugdozer... will NOT be staying at OKW, as the wait list for a few key days didnt come thru so please remove them from the tree list....

(they are still going, it's just they will be at POP instead, with no real room for a tree. Her son has Hodgkins Lympoma so moving around resorts will be too much for them.... He is the Slink in the Hats for Slink thread linked below)

I don't know if I can take part in this or not as we are not DVC members yet, but we'll be at the BWV Dec 19-26th (a Christmas Grand Gathering so we have 3 villas). I think I've got one villa taken care of. I don't have a tree, but I can probably get one and send it early if there is not already one to share and there are others that want to share. Our third villa will have to fend for themselves . Thanks for organizing!!

At this time I need everyone on the Tree list that has not PM me yet to confirm your resort,dates and i need your name, please PM me no later then this Friday night. Nov. 3rd.


I need your name for the outside of the Tree box in order for bell service to release the tree to you on your arrival date.

If i dont have your name, bell service cannot release the tree to you.

By saturday morning i will start taking the waitlist if you have not pm me.


we need to start getting the trees ready for shipping, our first families will be arriving around Nov. 20th.

Hi Sue

Just to let you know that I don't think we'll be able to participate in the Christmas Tree sharing. We have not participated in the tree share before but I have done a search and noticed on previous years that the last person on the list mailed the tree back to the owner. We are the last on the list for BCV tree 2 and I don't think that we'll be in a position to return the tree. We are from the UK and we will be leaving early on the morning of January 5 and we won't have our own transport. Due to our circumstances I don't think we'll be able to mail the tree back.

We are sorry that we won't be able to participate but would just like to thank you for all the hard work you put into this great project. Hope it goes well.

I would suggest that the day beforeyou leave, you have the front desk arrange shipment for you. Just a thought - it won't be the cheapest, but cheaper than renting a car or taking a cab to the post office. No need to wait until the last minute to ship.

Okay this is new for me, could some one explain this to me, how it works and all, I will be at the VWL Dec. 3 - 8th. My first time at my home resort and bring my 71 year old mother who is afraid to fly, and yes! she is getting on a plane....think this would really surprise her...

just let me know what is needed or what we do etc
