I am looking for nseric , 1000happyhaunt , crzy4dails that have not conf. yet. I might have miss spelled their ID names, i cant even pm them.

If anyone knows these three Id names please post their corroct spelling of their IDs.

I need to finish up the tree lists and if i dont have their conf. by tonight, i will have to drop them from the list.

Alright! We're nearly ready to ship BWV tree # 1, I'm just confirming that we return the tree to the Front Desk. Last year we dovetailed with the people who followed us, and we did the tree exchange in person.

You dont have to donate a tree, you are welcome to pm me with your ID name, resort your staying, and dates. I will do my best to get everyone in on the Magic.

When time gets closer i will pm you to confirm your dates,resort, at that time i will need you to pm me back with your last name.

I ask if you are staying in two different resorts that you only sign up for one stay, unless your dates are available when time gets closer.

Donation question.

How much do you generally put in for a donation?

I'm assuming that the donation is for the shipping of the tree back to the donator (is that a word?) and it should include the upkeep of that tree?

Thasnk you for all your help, i have been contacted by one family and still waiting on the other, and nothing on the third, nseric.

I will be closing this thread by the end of the week, but before then i will post all the important info that we will all need to know and hopefully answer everyones questions.

If its easier to meet up with families to meet them and hand off the tree, that would be up to everyone since most of you are staying at the stay resort, that would be great, but if its to much to plan then please drop the the trees off with bell service and pick the trees up from bell service.

please check the first page to see what tree # you are on and your dates.

Even if you are arriving early or staying later, you must go by the dates i have down on the list. Because the next family will be expecting to pick up the tree on their dates.

Donations are to be put inside the tree box for shipping only. Please do not donate $$ for up keep of the trees. Families that donate the trees love doing this for other families and dont expect any money other helping out with the shipping.

Donations depends on if the tree was shipped bothways or one way and how many families are on the list. I usually suggest $2 to $3 per family.

you can check the post mark on the tree box to get an idea how much it costed to ship the tree down to the resort.

Families that donated the trees, Please label your Tree Resort Tree #
example, BCV Tree # 1

this may help the bellservice to find the tree a little faster.


i will post more info this week, any questions please post only, this way if anyone else has the same question it may help them.

As one of the people shipping the tree back...

It sounds like my donation will be to pay the difference between the donations in the box and the actual shipping cost. I'll have to ship directly from the resort (via bell services?) so I have no idea how much that costs, but I'm happy to pay the difference.

My only question is if there's more in the donations than the cost of shipping. It's not fair for me to pocket that, if that is the case - I guess I'd have to lean towards buying something for the tree with the extra, or putting it in the box for the tree's owner.

We have added another Tree OKW/BWV traveling tree and the OLd BCV Traveling tree is now...... OKW/SSR Traveling Tree and it moved to under the OKW List.

Some info for the families donating a tree:


I have a 3 foot opticfiber tree, no need for lights. I decorated the tree like the VWL, meaning reds/greens/golds, plaid ribbon little cloth santas, snowmen and candycanes. I attached all the decorations stuck it in a box. I put inside the box, shipping tape, marker, envelope for donations, two sets of lights and exention cord for the balcony(not necessary, its up to you). On the outside of the box
i address the box, return address mine, address it to the resort,

i have the address, ( i have pm most with the address of the resort teir shipping to) If you still need it then please pm me.
C/O the first family on the list
or the following names


following names just in case the first famili doesnt show up.

Then on a peice of paper i print out the names and dates & resort in your case. I put that in a plastic sleeve and tape it to the outside of the box.
this is to show bell service who the next family is and when they will pick the box up.

I ask the families to put a donation in the envelope for shipping $2 or $3 depends on how many families.

I ask the families to retape the box up and cross their names off the paper inside of the sleeve on the outside of the box.

all the families have to do is take the tree & decorations out of the box and decorate the tree if not decorated already, put the tree back in the box and drop it off at bell service.

some families pm each other on their tree listed and made arrangements to meet and hand off the tree, which way is fine, it doesnt matter to me.

then the last family at the end of their stay takes the money out of the envelope and ships the tree back to you.

I use fedex, i found them cheaper. last year it was $8
that included $100 insurance and it took 4 to 5 days to ship because of thanksgiving from IL to FL.

Please drop the tree off on the date of your departure at 11am with the Bell Service for the next family, also please cross your name off the list on the outside of the tree box. Also when dropping the tree off at the Bell Service, please point out to the CM who the next family that will be picking up the tree. Pick up the tree at the Bell Service the day of arrival after 11 am. There will be a envelope for donations (in each tree box) for Shipping the trees to & from the resorts.

THE Last family on the list please use the money inside of the tree box and ship the tree back to the original owner. If you need help please ask the front desk at the resort you are staying at to help with the shipping.

I will not be taking anymore names for the tree lists and if you have not confirm, you need to pm me to do so by Friday night otherwise i will have to take you off the list.

bell service needs a list of the families names in order to release the tree to you, if i don t have your name bell service can not release the tree to you.

as far as 1000thhappyhaunts, i do have her name but she has not conf.

if a family does not pick up a tree, and you arrive to pick up the tree, you will be able to pick the tree up, because your name & dates are on the list.
