Now that we're almost done with this round of swaps, I thought I might find out what everyone would like to do in the new year. We are currently discussing the year-round theme swap. There was also talk of doing the rest of the park swaps in the new year -- I think I had volunteered for Disney Studios... but I don't remember what order... anyone else?

How do people feel about the card swaps? What about other types of swaps (non Disney)? I really liked the color swap. I would love to do a ribbon swap too (you can never have too much ribbon!).

Of course, one of these days I might actually sit down and DO something with the swap elements, lol.

I would REALLY like to get involved in a swap having to do with the parks (specifically DisneyLAND for me, LOL!), especially each land-Adventureland, Fantasyland, etc.

I would like to do another color swap...that was great!

Easter is a holiday I'm always needing more stuff for...my kids are young, so it's the egg dying, egg hunting, Easter morning, Easter bunny pages for 5 albums each year!

Park swaps sound good to me too.

Dance is another one I could use (ballet, tap, and jazz)...that may be done in the upcoming sports swaps...not sure.

I would like to do a 12 month swap also. It would be great to somehow include birthday in here. I also enjoy doing the card swaps.

I think that I volunteered for the Animal Kingdom swap. I don't remember the order either. :confused3 I know we were going to wait until after the 1st to start the next one though.

I volunteered for Magic Kingdom and the "other"--downtown disney, swim parks, miniature golf--parks/areas.

I would like the ribbon swap. I did this one last time. Thanks!

I'm interested in any and all Disney swaps. Also color swap, Bazzill, ribbon.
How about any other Florida/California attractions like Sea World, Universal? Any interest in those? Or a Disney-themed 12-month swap?

I will host a winter sports swap - basketball, wrestling not sure what else. Maybe we can add dance since many seem to be involved.

I also like the ribbon/fiber swap.

I am really swapped out right now. I seem to get so much stuff and never the right colors. I loved the sports swap because we all used the colors everyone needed. Example - my DS football team is blue/white so I received only blue/white elements. DD's runs CC and her colors are brown and yellow so I received elements in those colors. It will be so much nicer being able to match up colors.

great idea on the florida/california attractions swap!

I saw this on another scrapbook board. There was a swap of fiber--they did all the colors of a specific yarn brand and type--Lion???brand. There were 20 some colors. However many colors, that is the number of participants. Each person signed up for one of the yarn colors. I think the yarn was cut into 2+ yard lengths, mailed to hostess and then everyone received one of each color back. Very quick and inexpensive and enough yarn to do something with.

I will keep hunting for this or perhaps someone else knows which site it was on.

I would be interested in the year round, color and the rest of the Disney park swaps.

I would be happy to host a non disney swap. What about an embellishment swap- where you would buy stuff and then send it in. I have lots of neat stuff from the last one I participated in... Easy, quick and simple.

I love the types of swaps where you purchase items then send them in. That is so convenient but yet fun.

The last conversation about the park swaps is that MK would be after the first of January.

I am 100% into all of the park swaps and would even consider hosting more. I haven't been frightened off yet from the two I have going right now.

I LOVE the idea of a Sea World/San Diego Zoo type swap. I have a thousand pics from trips to both of those places. Again, if you need a hostess . . . Wait! What am I saying! J/K. :teeth:

I'd love a Sea World/zoo swap (I'm thinking even it's specifically San Diego I could still use most of the elements)

Also - what do you guys think about a beach/tropical type swap??
