The Animation Legend Pin for August will be Baloo, September ??, October will be Bambi, for November Aurora and for December....Figment!!!

There will be a Labor day pin released with Donald and Daisy.

On August 22, 2002, a LE 1500 pin will be released at the Magic Kingdom only in celebration of the anniversary of the Main Street Gallery.

Some of the upcoming CM Lanyard pins will include Minnie License Plate, USA Daisy (officially starting the begging line now for this one), Formal Daisy and the Aladdin Movie Marquee.

On October 1, 2002, a LE 2000 pin will be released exclusively at the Ocala Information Station in Ocala.

How is Figment an animation legend? He has NEVER appeared in an animated film!! Don't get me wrong I like Figment and am glad he is back but there are ALOT of charaters I would consider animation legends. IMO Figment does not belong in this series. What about Mickey, Donald and Goofy? Not to mention Chernabog, Kaa, Ariel, Cruella De Vil, Maleficent, Mulan, The three pigs, Dopey, The Cheshire Cat ..... Aren't they animation legends? Sounds like Disney marketing to me.

I agree with you on the Figment, Dom. Nothing against the character, but I don't see Figment as an "animation legend." Buzz or Woody would make more sense (being from the first feature-length film animated on computer), but I've always associated Figment with the parks.

Oh, well, at least they didn't do Captain Eo.

I had heard from someone that there will be a Cruella De Vil animation series pin. Maybe that will be September
