Upcoming Cruise on Dream: Who’s been lately and LOVED their Dining Team and Sweet 16 ?s

I’m planning my daughter’s SWEET 16 cruise (her only request is to cruise Disney ON her birthday) and am wondering if anyone’s been on Dream lately and had a magical experience with their dining staff. It’s been a bit since our last cruise and we tend to always sail Wonder or Magic...

ALSO...if you have any unique suggestions for bday celebrations...I’m all ears...

No advice on the dining team. We've had great teams, but haven't sailed with teenagers. As far as her birthday is concerned, you can get a birthday button from guest services. There are a variety of door decoration and cabin decoration packages that you can purchase. You also might think about the Chil Spa. Disney does offer cakes for sale, but there are so many desserts already i'm not sure the cost is worth it.
