Up to 400 points for rent, $9.50 pp: ALL SOLD

(Please bump : lowered price!) It’s hard to believe but after all these years, due to the fact that I am a teacher who will be taking classes during the summer, we have some points up for rental!

We have 400 points for rental and they can be used up through 10/31/06. We are willing to enter agreements for less than the 400 but prefer to stay away from anything smaller than 100 points at this time.

I have successfully rented points from others myself in the past before and know the number one concern is the trust element, so I know where you are coming from. If you would like to check me out in another venue, check out my name on E-bay (XXXXX-edited) where I have a 99.6% positive feedback rating after 261 feedbacks.

Our provisions are 50% due when we confirm the reservation and then the balance due 60 days before check-in date.

Payment is accepted by (in this order of preference): money order or cashier’s check, personal check, PayPal. Cost $9.50 per point.

Our home resort is in Old Key West so I can start checking out reservations 11 months out for that resort now, or 7 months out for all the other DVC resorts.

I am honest and will respond very quickly.
