June 14th is the big day!!!! I am able to make my Fast Pass+ Reservations for our August trip to the world. :banana:My Disney Princess is no longer interested in princess meet and greets so we are not in a quest for the Anna and Elsa fast pass, but I am looking to book popular attractions such as Big Thunder, Splash Mtn., Space Mountain, Soarin', TOT, and Toy Story Mania.

Would people suggest I start booking at midnight for these attractions or can I wait until the morning? I am looking to make reservations during the late morning and early afternoon hours.

I did mine at midnight and it worked out perfectly!!
I suggest staying up. It doesn't take very long at all. I was in bed, set my alarm, clicked on my Disney app, and didn't move or wake up the hubs. All was done in about 15 minutes. Loved it! Then, back to bed. Just do it. It is peace of mind and was nice and easy

How big of an imposition is it for you to stay up until midnight? If you can stay up that late, then sure... why not?

How flexible are your park days? If you only have one HS day (for example), and really want the FP+ scheduled for certain hours, you might not want to risk waiting.

But I am a little type-A with planning, so YMMV. :goodvibes

I haven't heard of anyone having trouble getting times for attractions beyond A&E meet and greet or the 7DMT. I wouldn't think it would be at all necessary to be up at midnight. I recently went to DAK and booked my FP+ day-of, at the kiosks and got all the rides I wanted at good times.

I did NOT stay up till midnight and still easily got everything I wanted for pretty much exactly when I wanted including A&E for my little girl. Fastpasses booked last Friday.

Due to a last minute change that forced us to bump our travel dates up by a month, I booked our Fastpasses at 58 days for our July 18-28 trip. I was able to get two Fastpasses for Anna and Elsa and five Fastpasses for SDMT. Staying up until midnight is probably not necessary. (Although I stay up until midnight or 1:00 am everyday and should probably take my own advice!)

I am normally up until about 11 anyway and often times a little later. Question I have is for a 5 day trip can I book all days on the first day if staying at a resort or will I need to stay up until 12 for 5 straight nights?

You will be able to book for your entire trip when your 60 days hits.

I was all about setting my alarm at midnight to make our selections. That's just the type of person I am. However, I set my alarm for the am instead. I woke up at 7:30 am and made all of our selections. We got everything we wanted-including Mine Train.
