Unused US ticket

In July we bought 4 "bonus" tickets from Viator, exchanged our vouchers and got the regular tickets. Only 3 of those were used, the 4th one never went through a turnstile. Is there a place I can call or check online to see if our ticket is still valid ? I was hoping we could use it in February.

As long as the ticket was never activated, it should still be good.

That'd be great ! Now if I could just figure which (or IF) one of the 2 tickets I still have is the one that was never used....
