Unused points

Hi All, what’s your experience in unused points? We are over a year since being unable to Travel from U.K. have any of you spoken to member service and how flexible have they being? Or have you all used RCI?

I would call or chat with MS as here have been cases of UK members having their points extended as they were still unable to travel due to COVID.
I rented out my 2020 points on the Disboards rent/trade forum here.
