I was thinking.. darn why didn't we get a King size when the boys were little. We could fit two more bodies in there between us.. easy:thumbsup2

I think it's bedtime for the hyenas

Pumpkin KING

We had a King size bed on our Vegas trip, by the second night hubby was saying.. get closer you're too far away :sad1:

:lmao:

We have only a full size bed at home, cozy. :cloud9:

:lmao: :lmao: We love King sized beds!! Dh and I are both big people, and we have a hard time in our queen... I am a violent sleeper. I am moving all night, and I have kicked the crap out of him in my sleep before. It doesnt help that we have spent the majority of the past 5 years NOT sleeping together, so when we do, neither of us gets much sleep.

Good Morning Hyena Peoples! This is now my 4th day at work. I've been averaging about 5 hours a day and really getting caught up on things so it's not so crazy here next week. I'm hoping that today I will get caught up with everything so I'm right where I need to be starting tomorrow.

Can I say that in 7 business days my SIL & boss made a total mess out of numerous things! I told them, don't mess with anything, don't start moving money out of accounts, into savings accounts. If you pay a bill or transfer money, put a photocopy of the transaction in my in basket! Of course I guess that would be too difficult to actually walk to the copy machine or leave me a note explaining what they did. Instead I have to stumble upon it when I'm checking our online banking activity, then try to figure out what it is! Can you tell I'm feeling much better, starting to complain about all the idiots in the worlds now!:rotfl2:

Anyway, just wanted to wish everyone a Good Morning and hope that you all have a most Magical Day!:) :) :)

Good morning, hyenas!
Gray. That's about it.
But not raining! :thumbsup2

DS3 slept on DS7's bedroom floor again last night. They were both so excited, like it was a slumber party. :rotfl:

And they actually slept, so it worked out well.

::yes:: Just think of how much more room you will have!

We used to have a Queen, and DS7 slept with us until DS3 came along. With nursing the baby in the middle of the night in our bed, there just wasn't enough room for all four of us, so we went through a difficult process of getting DS7 (who had just turned 4yo) into his own bed. It was rough for several weeks, but finally worked, Whew!

DS3 used to be in our bed only for nursings, and when that ended, he was always in the crib. But then when we got him a big boy bed when he was 3yo, he would start out in that bed, then wake a couple hours later and crawl into our bed. Now he doesn't even pretend to go to his bed, he crawls right into our bed when DH goes to bed. :sad2:

I've tried to get him out and back into his own bed, but DH is the pushover, so it didn't work. DH thought I was being too cruel not letting our baby sleep with us, so I gave up. It's funny now that DS3 has been elsewhere the past two nights, DH keeps commenting on how restful his sleep was!

Though it is a little weird for me. We used to have the Queen size bed, which is OK for 3 but way too small for 4. So we got a King when we moved into this house 2 years ago, at DH's insistence. We just knew the kids would be piling into bed with us on weekend mornings, and of course they do.

But when you have only two people in bed, it's like the Grand Canyon! Really weird! And cold! I have to turn the mattress pad on and leave it on all night! :rotfl:

Just a quick post to wish you all a good day. Hope you are all out having fun! :goodvibes

My MIL called to let us know there was a duplex for rent next door to them. She thought that maybe we would want to live next door to her???? I dont think so!! She also asked if my miscarriage had anything to do with my gallbladder. :scratchin Ummm... No. I dont think my dr. knocked anything loose when he was taking out my gall bladder. :lmao: Ohhhh... She is a funny lady.

What a cool story Megan. My nephew is autistic & suffers from other mental disabilities as well. He LOVES WDW! His favorite thing is the characters. I can't imagine how many times my sister has stood in line all day long just to see characters. It really is amazing how many autistic kids love Disney!

I'm feeling pretty good. Worked for a few hours this morning, but just taking it easy this afternoon. Just kind of a lazy Sunday afternoon. Anything going on at your house? How is everyone??

Nothing new here. My kids are playing their room, and dh is sleeping. Just making sure Alex is ready to go back to school tomorrow. :yay: :yay:

I feel like I could take a nap right now. But I know if I do then I'll be wide awake tonight. So better to just feel a bit tired now, since I have to get up early tomorrow morning.

I'm sure that DS will be a joy to wake up in the morning! Although when he went camping I understand that he was up at the crack of dawn fishing, while the rest of his cousin's were still sleeping. His grandpa was up by the campfire one morning, made a pot of coffee and had been up for an hour. He heard something down by the canal and there was DS sitting in a chair fishing! He got up before everyone else and headed down to fish by himself!

DD doesn't get home until 11am tomorrow morning, so she gets to miss the first day back to school.

How funny! All that fresh air, gets em up early.:thumbsup2

Are you excited she is coming home?

Hello! :)

DS7 and I got back from Barnes and Noble a bit ago. He had ordered some books earlier in the week, and we got notice that 2 of them were in, and he was itching to get back there with his gift card to get them!

He (with DH's help) cleaned up his room last night, so part of the reward for that was getting his books today. Since the gift card was worth $50, he asked if he could look for more books, and I said sure. So he found MORE than $50 worth, but I made him put a couple back; with tax plus my membership discount, the total should be right around $50.

So we check at the front register, and turns out the 3rd (of the 4 he ordered) were in, plus the additional ones he picked out. I hand over DS's gift card, but it turns out it's the wrong one! It only had $10 on it! :headache: :headache:

I have my own gift card, but of course couldn't find it fast enough, so I just whipped out the credit card. :sad2:

So DS owes me $35 once we find the right gift card. Oh, and my gift card, which is $25, was sitting in a pocket of my purse. Found it after a more thorough search once we reached the car... :headache:

DS is all revved up for reading now, so that makes it worth the hassle! He finished reading one book then started on another before finally begging me to let him play basketball in the garage.

DH and DS3 are still napping. :cloud9:

Yeah, it's been way to quiet here this week. No kids fighting, no rolling eyes, no smart *** comments. Allthough it is nice that I had a quiet week to kind of recuperate without dealing too much with the kids issues on top of everything else.

I'm really looking forward to my doctor appointment tomorrow afternoon. I'm really ready to get rid of this last obnoxious surgery drain! UGGHH!!

Sounds like a fun afternoon. I could just spend all day in a bookstore. Don't you hate it when giftcards don't work right. I've gotten to where I either go online or have them check it when I first go into the store. I've had too many surprises when I get to the checkstand.
