My bf just woke up. We are headed out.
Don't some of those play sets have teeter-totters? I think when my cousins were small they had one of those.
Gotta run! DS3 is pantsless and we need to get to the football game. See ya later!

. I am going to be home the next 4 nights
.
).
)This is for Tinkermell and Sam (and bratty Lynn, who claims she is too young to remember this):
"Almost heaven, west virginia
Blue ridge mountains, shenandoah river
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
"Country roads, take me home
To the place, I belong
West virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads"
got ready and got tiff up, made her a lunch
and we took her to jamba juice because she didnt want to eat too nervousbut i wanted her to have something in her stomach because she had to take some assessment tests...
if they dont pass the assessment tests they cant take the class...so then we dropped her off and headed to one of the smaller malls called Tyler Galleria and went to Tuesday Morning...however, it wasnt open till 10 and it was only 9
so we decided to go in the mall and we ate breakfast at a place called Ruby's Diner...it was really cute in there...everything was red and white and it looked like an old 50's diner...I had cinnamon roll french toast and my aunt had a vegetable omlet...it was really good
then we went back to Tuesday Morning...now ive never been in this store but have wanted to for a long time...we dont have one of those at home and ive always seen commercials for them...i cant tell you how disappointed i was ...that store sucked...i would NEVER buy anything in there...it looked like a glorified goodwill store..there is nothing wrong with thrift stores in general but the goodwill we have at home sucks and this looked just like it...then we went to a couple of grocery stores and tiff called about an hour ago to tell me they let them go early today....she aced the tests...said she got 100%
i knew she would do it...so shes much calmer now and appears to be happy for that part to be over
I think you should ask her to sign a book for me.i need some input here guys...Ive never been "starstruck" kind of person...they are all people just like me and I hate seeing people swoon and fawn over well "people" its ********...sheesh...however, if I had an opportunity to meet Julie Andrews that would totally be different..I have always admired her ...shes a strong woman and has been in the spotlight and has never had anything bad said about her...she in my eyes is the epitomy of elegance and refinery...most of us or all of us grew up watching her in the sound of music and mary poppins and of course now with the Princess Diaries...and she grows more graceful with age...if you dont know by now she has just written a book about her early years and will be at DL on tuesday doing a book signing and I really think I want to go...I have to get a wrist band to even be able to purchase the book and it would be just perfect to see the real Mary Poppins...what do you guys think?

I asked him tonight, and he didnt' have anything. I asked specifically about BB, because we both loved it last time (so much we went twice!), but he said the boys didn't enjoy it, and therefore it just wasn't worth the price (with them.) So no BB this trip.
You know, I really liked dinner at Storytellers when we went with Lynn and Andrea. I coudln't taste my dinner, but it LOOKED yummy!![]()
Maybe I can con one of the women to head over there On friday or Sunday night. We have a Tuesday Morning here. It's a tiny little store with what looks like clearance items from other stores, similar to Marshalls or Ross. The shelves/racks are crammed full, and you sometimes really have to dig to see everything (if you even want to bother.) I saw a few things the first time I went in that I kicked myself for not getting, because when I went back they were gone. But I've been in there maybe 3 times in about as many years, and only bought stuff once.then we went back to Tuesday Morning...now ive never been in this store but have wanted to for a long time...we dont have one of those at home and ive always seen commercials for them...i cant tell you how disappointed i was ...that store sucked...i would NEVER buy anything in there...it looked like a glorified goodwill store..there is nothing wrong with thrift stores in general but the goodwill we have at home sucks and this looked just like it...then we went to a couple of grocery stores and tiff called about an hour ago to tell me they let them go early today....she aced the tests...said she got 100%![]()

), but the last time a co-worker dragged me up to meet him and get a picture taken. I thought SHE was going to be int he picture too, but it was just me with Gary's arm around my shoulder.)
and I don't think I said a word, she did all the talking. Oh, and she's maybe 5' tall on her best day, sweet but pushy!
No... I have never met anyone famous. So Staley, have you ever met anyone famous?
I've seen Gary Payton a few times (never wanted to approach, just gawk from afar), but the last time a co-worker dragged me up to meet him and get a picture taken. I thought SHE was going to be int he picture too, but it was just me with Gary's arm around my shoulder.)

I wish! I saw Guy Fierie (Ihave no idea if that is how you spell his name.) at Disneyland last June, but that is about the extent of my brushes with fame. He is one of the hosts on the food network.
)My dad was parked next to Slick Watts once in traffic, so rolled down the window and shouted out to him. My dad was a big basketball fan back then, and Slick shouted back to him, they had a great time. I love it when you hear stories like that, these people act like regular people and not snubbing or getting annoyed. Though these days, GEESH! Fans are psycho, I don't really blame them for being afraid of some folks!No... I have never met anyone famous.I wish! Oh, and when I was 6yo I met J.P. Patches.![]()
I was a Patches Pal way back when, so was very excited to meet him. We stood in a hugely long line at the mall to meet him, and he gave us something, I can't remember. Probably a sucker or something that has no value years later.![]()
Anyway, my sister, who was 4yo, was kinda cranky from waiting in line so long, and by the time it was her turn to say hi to J.P., he noticed a big bandaid on her elbow and asked, "How'd you get that? Did you fall off an elephant?"
I howled in laughter. She got ticked off and snorted, "No!" and stomped away.![]()
That is great! What a neat story!Hi Guys! Taking a break from cleaning my house!
