Im thinking of ordering a cheesecake from QVC... They just look so tasty!

That reminds me, I need to order me some steak (never done it before), but I had $20 to cash in through discovercard, and none of the vendors are in Show Low, so I had to go with something they would bring me :thumbsup2

Ooooo, cheesecake!

You know, Trader Joe's has an awesome one! Or is it Costco? Too big for just a couple people, though... That's the problem with cheesecake, it's so rich that the pieces have to be tiny, but then you don't eat it up fast enough... What to do, what to do??? :confused3

mmmmm...order me one too :thumbsup2
Gosh... they just look so tasty! but can I justify spending $35.00 on something like that?

From who? QVC? They have some nice looking stuff.

No, its through Omaha steaks. We will see how they are when I get them. I would never pay that much for mail order meat ;) ...but since I had $30 that I couldn't really use anywhere else (I still have a $50 Outback Gift Card from September) I figured I would give it a try :thumbsup2

Freeze it. Just cut off what you want, and freeze the rest. Make sure you cut it before you freeze it though... Then you can just pull out what you want. :thumbsup2

Very cool! I have thought about doing that too... so let me know what you think of them.

That's a good idea :thumbsup2

We had cheesecake bites for a bit...mmm deep fried little balls of cheesecake :cloud9: But I do miss my Cheesecake Factory, or Olive Garden, really any restaurant that doesn't have a drive thru :sad2: :rotfl2:

That's the problem, it comes frozen, so I suppose you'd have to thaw it to cut it, then re-freeze? No good.

Maybe use one of those fancy electric knives to saw through it? :rotfl:

I know!! Especially knowing I could make it myself...
Really??? I thought they were really complicated...

I've never made it, but I've heard the Jello version is pretty good in a pinch. I should try it out!

Use a big heavy knife. Or ginsu. Or you could just send half of it my way. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
